Easter Sunday – Jesus is Risen, Alleluia!

RisenChrist-receives-the-Virginblog2016

May our good God be ever praised and glorified for he has been pleased to let us reach this solemn day of his glorious Resurrection. Let us sing “Alleluia” which means “Praise the Lord!” To sing it properly, we must strip our hearts of our old selves and put on our new self which is Jesus Christ. To him let us sing forever, “Alleluia!”

St. Paul of the Cross

Prayer: Heavenly Father, how can I thank you for raising Jesus from the dead to a new, eternal and divine life! May I praise you for your pledge to raise me with him to a new and eternal life of love! Dear God, you are so good!

  1. Thank you for the beautiful meditations & prayers for the Easter Triduum! Like a previous person said, we’ve been getting crushed with tragedies since Holy Saturday night. Another tragic funeral today, & another friend rushed to the hospital while we were at that funeral. I’m sure Our Lord is trying to say something to the world, but we don’t want to hear it. Thank you for your constant prayers. God be with all of you!

  2. I couldn`t find a prayer request link so I apologize if this isn`t the right place to request prayers. I found out yesterday that my youngest brother is dead. We don`t know at this point if it was an accident, suicide or something else. My brother had a lot of issues and we had a truly horrific childhood. I believe prayer is extremely powerful and that it is especially powerful when coming from the spouses of Jesus. It would be a great help and comfort if your community would prayer for my brother Dustin and my family. I love your website and come to it often. I am a firm believer in the Divine Mercy message and the cloistered life. Thank you all for your decision to live such a needed and mercy filled life.

  3. Blessed Easter to all of you as well! On Sunday, March 27, 2016 8:10am, “In the Shadow of His Wings” said:
