Sunday, May 29 – Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ – more familiarly known as Corpus Christi Sunday

8 a.m. Holy Mass followed by Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament.

Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament throughout the day – All are welcome to come and pray.

5:45 p.m.  Vespers of Corpus Christi

7 p.m. Eucharistic Evening of Prayer which includes

  • Scripture reading
  • Preaching
  • Prayers
  • Eucharistic Procession in the cloister

This year we will not have the usual two days of Forty Hours following Corpus Christi but our community will have some private days of adoration later in the month.

Please tell your family and friends about this wonderful opportunity to honor our Lord truly present in the Most Blessed Sacrament. Invite them to come and pray for their needs and intentions.

Spread the word! Thank you!

  1. I would love to attend but I live in Australia near Sydney however our wonderful hard working parish priest will be sure to organise our own Eucharistic Adoration. Please pray for him as he was treated for stomach cancer but is back at work doing well but still needs lots of prayers. He is nearly 79.

We'd love to hear from you...
